Patience Ammah-Tagoe is Co-Founder and Business/Finance Operations Officer of E-Ternational Research Consulting. With over 15 years experience in management consulting, she has worked with senior managers, directors, and executives in the public sector, financial sector, and non-profits. She is committed to providing high-quality service, improvement processes, and developing exceptional products for clients.
Ms. Ammah-Tagoe leads all business and operations functions. Manages relationships with all customers, including large U.S. federal agencies.
Patience earned an MBA Accounting from the Southern New Hampshire University, a BSc. in Business Management from The Johns Hopkins University, and an accounting degree from the University of Ghana.

Felix Ammah-Tagoe, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and Principal Researcher
Dr. Felix Ammah-Tagoe is Co-Founder and Principal Researcher of E-Ternational Research Consulting, LLP. With over 25 years experience as an international research consultant and analyst, he has worked with government agencies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and abroad. In his consultancy, Dr. Ammah-Tagoe has created solutions in transportation systems, environmental improvement, energy infrastructure, institutional building, and project evaluation and assessment.
Dr. Ammah-Tagoe earned a Ph.D. in Regional Science & Geography and a M.A. degree in Environmental Systems from Boston University. He has participated in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s public affiliates summer program.
